BSB Consulting was founded to bridge two perspectives that are often separated: the experience of people navigating complex professional systems and the organisations responsible for designing and delivering those systems.
Founded by Balraj S Bahra
Balraj's background spans medicine, biomedical science, health policy, pharmacy, social care and organisational improvement.
He holds an MBBS and BSc from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
His experience across clinical environments, community pharmacy and residential social care has provided direct exposure to how healthcare systems operate at multiple levels — from individual experience and frontline delivery to governance, policy and organisational decision-making.
