Organisational Consulting

Organisational work varies according to the nature of the problem, scope of analysis and required outputs.

Projects are therefore scoped individually before work begins.

Following an initial discussion, BSB Consulting will define:

• The problem or objective
• Proposed scope of work
• Expected outputs
• Estimated timeframe
• Project fee or agreed rate

A written proposal will be provided before substantive project work begins.

Payment Terms

  • Individual advisory: payment is required in advance following confirmation of the session or programme.

  • Organisational consulting: payment terms will be specified in the written project proposal and invoice.

  • Payments are currently accepted by bank transfer.

  • An invoice will be issued for all paid work.
